Bio

Ms. Estella is a co-chair of the Math Department at Helen Bernstein High School. She is a math teacher for the International Newcomer Academy (INA) and residential school. Her current courses are Geometry and Financial Algebra 2.

 

She has participated in the LAUSD Social Emotional Learning (SEL) Teacher Cadre and oversees the Youth Cinema Project (YCP) at Bernstein HS.

 

Outside of the classroom, she coaches Students Run LA (SRLA) and is a supporter of the Angel City Football Club (ACFC).

 

She received her undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Southern California (USC) ✌️. She was born and raised in the Philadelphia (South Jersey) area 🦅.
